Level 100 Zekrom and Reshiram will be released from March 10 all the way to April 18. The distribution is done by Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. They both hold the Dragon Gem, and have a Wishing Ribbon. They both have their standard Abilities Teravolt and Turboblaze, and each in a Cherish Ball.
